Merchant of Record
All payments for DrillKit subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the official seller of DrillKit subscriptions and is responsible for billing, invoicing, tax compliance, and refund processing on our behalf.
14-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your DrillKit Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. This applies to new subscriptions only.
14-day right of withdrawal for EU/EEA consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. Paddle processes withdrawal requests on our behalf in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund in any of the following ways:
- Via Paddle: Contact Paddle support directly through the receipt email you received after purchase, or visit paddle.com/support.
- Via email: Send your refund request to privacy@drillkit.ai and we will coordinate with Paddle to process it.
Please include your account email address and the date of purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Renewal Refunds
Subscription renewals are not eligible for refund unless required by applicable law. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel your subscription before the current period ends. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of abuse, including but not limited to:
- Repeated refund requests across multiple accounts
- Excessive use of the service before requesting a refund
- Violation of our Terms of Service
